2. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment Due: Before program start
• Refund Policy: No refunds after program begins due to immediate delivery of materials

3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

What I Provide:

• ✓ Education about peptide research and optimization strategies
• ✓ Lifestyle and nutrition coaching
• ✓ Exercise guidance and programming
• ✓ Stress management techniques
• ✓ Referrals to licensed healthcare providers

What I DO NOT Provide:

• ✗ Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• ✗ Peptide prescriptions or dosing instructions
• ✗ Medical supervision or monitoring
• ✗ Treatment of any medical conditions

4. CRITICAL UNDERSTANDING

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate health information
• Work with licensed medical providers for any peptide use
• Communicate any health changes immediately
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Take full responsibility for your health decisions

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• My total liability is limited to fees paid
• I am not liable for any health outcomes or decisions you make
• You release me from all claims related to the educational content provided
• You agree to indemnify me against any claims arising from your actions

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with 24 hours notice. No refunds after program start. Immediate termination if you request medical advice or misrepresent your health status.

8. CALIFORNIA LAW

This agreement is governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ventura County, California.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared is strictly confidential except as required by law (such as threat of harm to self/others). I will not share your information without written consent.

10. COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES

• Response time: Within 24 hours on business days
• Emergency support: I am NOT available for health emergencies - call 911
• Scheduling: 24-hour notice required for call rescheduling
• Platform: Communication via email/text only, no social media DMs

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Educational materials provided remain my property. You may use them for personal education only, not for teaching others or commercial use.

12. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Missed calls without 24-hour notice cannot be rescheduled
• More than 2 missed calls may result in program termination
• No refunds for unused portions of program

13. PEPTIDE SOURCING DISCLAIMER

I do not sell, provide, or profit from peptide sales. Any sources discussed are for educational reference only. You must obtain peptides legally through licensed medical providers.

14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & CONSENT

By agreeing to this service agreement, you confirm that you:

• Understand this is educational only, not medical care
• Will work with medical providers for any peptide use
• Accept full responsibility for your health decisions
• Have read and agree to all terms
• Are signing this voluntarily
