Functional Training for Life
Our training program focuses on building real-world strength, improving mobility, and creating a body that moves and feels better every day. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, Jared will design a program tailored to your fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations.
3-Day Training Program
Day 1: Upper Body Strength
Push and pull movements focusing on chest, back, shoulders, and arms. Build functional upper body strength and improve posture.
Day 2: Lower Body & Core
Squats, lunges, deadlifts, and core work. Develop powerful legs, glutes, and a stable, injury-resistant midsection.
Day 3: Full Body & Mobility
Compound movements, functional patterns, and mobility work. Improve movement quality, flexibility, and athletic performance.
Weekly In-Person Session
Meet with Jared once per week at Four Seasons CURE Westlake Village for hands-on coaching, form corrections, technique refinement, and program adjustments. The other two workouts you'll complete on your own with detailed instructions and video demonstrations.
